I wonder if this also happens in job interviews, or executive meetings, or when presenting projects to leadership teams.
My commitment based on her research:
In the VC seat (or leadership team, or interviewer): Be aware and ask same number of promotion and prevention questions to all.
In the entrepreneur seat (or project presenter, or interviewee): Identify the type of question I am being asked and respond with a promotion answer.
